Hi my name is Jacob. I chose Homework Machine because many people said it is great! Can't wait to start next week.
Yo, hi, whatever, my name's Nick Olson. I'm in 8th grade and I attend SOTA II, a branch of Longfellow. I like reading. I read your intro and it sounds like you think the same. Catch ya later.
What questions come to your mind when you look at the cover? Who are the people and what is the homework machine? Are the people victims of the homework machine? What is so big that the police chief would be working on the case? Who invented the machine, and is it good or bad?
What do you think the story is going to be about? What do you think might happen, just by looking at the cover? This is just a guess, but off hand I'd say it is about 4 kids and a homework machine. : ) I'd also say that the kids, by no big surprise, get in trouble with the police. Hey! But this is just a guess. : )

I'm gald we bolth agree. What's Swindel about? Also: Which character do you think you connect with the most? I think mines is Sam because he has long hair (like me) and can sometimes feel like an outsider (me too!).
Swindel is about ye'l have to read it! and I thnk I'm like Sam because he is new to his school (just like me) But I'm much smater then him so in that case I'm like Brenton.
Who's Swindle written by? For Chapters 3-4: Who's that Mildred dude that keeps trying to find Brenton? I think it's the FBI. Why, also do you think that Brenton didn't wear red socks? I think it was because it was his fad. See you on the flip-side :)
Gordon Korman is the author of swindle! Yah that Mildred Guy is starting to freak me out. I think he is a stalker.I think Brenton did not were red socks because he didn't want eney one to know he stated it.

My favorite part is when Sam plays chess with his dad over seas because I play chess but I've never seen it done that way
